Role of Bus on click

Bus on click only provides a technology platform that connects intending travellers with operators to hire an entire vehicle. It does not operate any vehicle or offer the service of transportation to the User. Instead, fulfilment of these bookings is done by operators who are empanelled with Bus on click. Bus on click also does not act as an agent of any operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.

The Vehicle booking voucher which Bus on click issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the vehicle operator.

The amenities, services, fares, routes, schedule, bus type, and any other details pertaining to the bus service are provided by the respective vehicle operator, and Bus on click has no control over such information provided by the bus operator or the fulfilment of the same.

Limitation Of Liability of Bus on click

In its role as a technology platform to facilitate transactions between the bus operators and the Users. Under no circumstances can Bus on click be held liable for failure on part of a service provider to provide the User with a particular Bus, the standard of service or any insufficiency in the services or any other service-related issues including, but not limited to the following:

• Timely departure or arrival of the vehicle
• The conduct of bus operator's employees, representatives, or agents
• The condition of the vehicle, seats etc. not being up to the customer's expectation or as per the description provided by the bus operator
• Cancellation of the trip by the vehicle operator due to any reasons
• Loss or damage of the baggage of the customer
• Bus operator using a separate pick-up vehicle to transport the User from the designated boarding point to the actual place of departure of the bus.
• In some cities, the customer may see the name of the operator of whom they are making a booking. In such cases, best effort shall be made to ensure that the same operator fulfils the booking. In other cities, where the customer sees only the vehicle type, Bus on click shall choose an operator from its panel to fulfil the booking.
• In cases of unavailability of the hired vehicle or where the bus breaks down during the journey, Bus on click may reach out to the concerned service provider to decide for an alternate Bus of a similar standard. User may reach out to [email protected] for any assistance.
• It is the sole liability of the vehicle operator to obtain all the relevant licenses, permits etc. to undertake the travel booked. In case of any cancellation of booking owing to absence of necessary licenses or permits by the vehicle operator, Bus on click shall not be liable in any manner.

Responsibilities of The Users

• Users are advised to call the vehicle operator to find out the exact boarding point, or any information which they may need for the purpose of boarding or travel in that trip
• At the time of boarding the bus, Users shall furnish a copy of the confirmation booking voucher, and any valid identity proof issued by a government authority.

Payment for booking and any additional charges

• On behalf of bus operators, we are only facilitating bus services but terms and condition is as per bus operator
• Full Payment maybe made in full amount to Bus on click during the booking. Such total booking amount includes the base fare, applicable taxes including GST as may be applicable as per local laws, and any additional booking fee, service fee or convenience fee charged by Bus on click.
• Partial Payment: Under this option User must make payment of a partial amount as specified at the time of booking / in the booking voucher and pay the balance amount within a specified time as informed the time of booking / in the booking voucher. Failure to pay such balance amount within the stipulated time will lead to cancellation of the booking and any refund will be subject to the booking/ cancellation policy. In some cases, the customer may be allowed to make the balance payment at the start of the trip.
• Pay At Bus: Under this option the User must pay certain part of the booking amount specified at the time of booking / in the booking confirmation voucher to Bus on click and the balance to the vehicle operator at the start of the trip.
• Expenses like toll charges, permit charges, parking charges, entry fees, Service Tax & any other Government Tax as per Government guidelines are to be borne by the User and paid directly to the driver, wherever applicable.
• The excess Driver Bata wherever applicable must be paid directly to the driver.
• User may opt for Insurance while booking. Such Insurance will be provided entirely by third party and Bus on click in no way will be a party to any such claims or concerns on the matter.

Holiday

Terms for holiday

• Rates are valid only for Indian Nationals, for any other nationality, please speak to our tour experts.
• We request all the customers to review travel warnings, announcements, advisories, and prohibitions issued by the relevant authorities and governments prior to confirming their international bookings with Bus on click. By offering travel products for destinations, Bus on click does not warrant that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk. Bus on click is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
• Bus on click reserves the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any holiday package without any prior notice.
• The taxes mentioned in the holiday packages are subject to revision in case of any change.
• All the customers are strongly recommended to check and verify their booking thoroughly once they receive the e-mail confirmation from Bus on click. Please contact our travel experts if there is any incorrect or incomplete information, which needs to be altered or changed. In case of any changes or amendments, certain elements of the holiday package are non-refundable. Bus on click cannot be held responsible if inaccuracies are not notified by the passenger within 1 day of sending out the booking confirmation.
• The images used in the holiday package on our website are for representational purpose only.
• Bus on click has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on its website at the time of compilation. However, as this information is supplied by authorized tour/cruise operators, accommodation, and other service providers in our travel packages. Bus on click accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate description or inaccuracy mentioned in the package or on the website.

TOUR ARRANGEMENTS & OTHER ACTIVITIES

For tour arrangements like carnival, cosmos, star cruise, amusement parks, museums etc., the terms and conditions specified by such respective entities shall also be applicable.

It shall be the responsibility of the User to reach the place of commencement of the tour and register with the representative of Busonclick/ tour guide/ tour manager at the appointed place, date and time.

If a User avails pre-tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (cost of which is included in the main tour cost) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre-tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as "no show" and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.

Busonclick cannot be held liable for any hazard to the health, safety and well-being of the User in the course of availing any or all activities including adventure sports, Amusement Park & rides, ferry ride, sightseeing or any other activity that may pose a threat of death or injury taken up by the User as a part of the OBT or on his own while on the OBT. Any incidental damage or loss, injury, accident, death etc. suffered in the due course of any such activity shall be at the sole risk and liability of the User attributable to Busonclick.

Transaction Confirmation

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our customer care.

SPECIAL OFFERS AND COUPONS

The following terms will additionally apply to any coupon provided by Bus on click:

• Bus on click’s responsibility is limited to sharing the coupon with the User subject to receipt of payment from the User
• The redemption of coupon is User’s responsibility, and providing the service will be the Activity Provider’s responsibility
• The expiry date of the coupon shall be mentioned on the coupon and the User will not be able the use the coupon after the date of expiry;
• The coupon is not redeemable for cash
• The coupon once purchased cannot be refund.

Villa and Resort

• Rooms are sold various plans. Taxes as applicable and levied extra.
• Maximum occupancy for Luxury Villa is 4 persons.
• Due to remote location & limited no. of rooms, food is not available on ala carte basis. Food service style will either be Buffet or TDH (Table d’ hot) “Fixed Menu Table Service” basis & shall be served in the Restaurant only.
• Children above 12 years of age would be considered as adult and an extra adult rate would be applicable.
• Tariff is subject for revision without prior notice (except for the quoted as above).
• Standard terms and conditions (House Rules) of the hotel apply for all guests.
• Rights of Admission Reserved.
• Hotel Management will not be responsible for any mishaps, accidents, or injuries to guests during the entire event at resort.
• Standard terms and conditions of the hotel apply – Rights of Admission Reserved.
• Anything which is not mentioned in this letter shall be charged extra.
• Booking is subject to the confirmation after the receipt of 100% advance payment & as per minimum guaranteed pax.
• Belongings and valuables of guests lost during the event/stay shall not be the responsibility of the Management.
• Telephone, Laundry, additional F&B services (over & above the package) will be charged extra & to be cleared at the time of check out.

Payment Terms

• Payments can be done by cash or credit card (credit card machine subject to the internet connectivity); we do not accept cheques at the resort.
• Rooms will not be allotted if full payment is not done while check-in.
• Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of Guests Guaranteed or Actual number of guests, whichever is higher.
• All extras to be cleared at the resort before departure.
• In the event of rooms booked on phone without any advance payment, booking will be held up to 3 hours on the day of arrival unless prior information for late arrival is provided.
• All extras, taken over & above the package rate will be charged extra and added to the final bill accordingly.

Check In Check Out

• Check in time is 12 Noon and check out time is 10 am.
• Maximum occupancy for Luxury Villa is 4 persons (Adult & Children).
• All the rooms will have to be vacated at the day of check out at 10.00 am. Late check out will be given subject to availability at extra cost.
• Photo ID is mandatory for all guests (adult and children) staying in the rooms.
• Full payment is mandatory prior to check-in. Rooms will not be allotted if full payment is not done.
• For late checkout request may be made to the hotel and is subject to availability.
• In the event of direct payment, guests are required to pay full advance at the time of Check-in.
