Refund Policy

Villa & Resorts

Refunds will take 10 Days to come through and will attract 5% of payment charges.

We solely process payments using digital currency for refunds, check-out payments.

Holidays

Bus on click is only a facilitator and any refund for any service(s) which are not delivered by the service provider /Independent Contractors or for any reason for which the User is entitled for a refund is subject to Bus on click receiving the amount from the said service provider. User acknowledges that Bus on click shall not be held liable for any delay in refund or non-refund of the amount from the respective service provider or Independent Contractors of Bus on click. In such events the User shall directly approach the service provider for any claims.

Bus hire

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the cancellation request is made by the operators.

Cancellation policy

Holidays

• For cancellations done prior to 45 days or more of departure, 30% cancellation fees would apply.
• For cancellations done between 31 to 44 days of departure, 50% cancellation fees would apply.
• For cancellations done between 11 to 30 days of departure, 75% cancellation fees would apply.
• For cancellations done within 10 days of departure, 100% cancellation fees would apply. No refunds would be made.

Bus hire

• Cancel before 7 days from the trip start date and a 100% refund of advance booking amount is applicable.
• Any cancellations between 2-7 days before the start of the trip date, cancellation charges of 50% of the Total Pricing amount will be applicable.
• Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the trip date, cancellation charges of 100% of the Total Pricing amount will be applicable.

Villa & Resorts

• 100% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check in date.
• 75% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30-44 days before the check in date.
• 50% refund will be given if booking is cancelled 29-15 days before the check in date.
• No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check in date.
