      2) How to hire a bus?

      Hiring a bus with us is easy:

      • Choose your vehicle based on the size of your group.

      • Provide your journey details, including pickup date, time, and location.

      • Reserve the vehicle by paying an advance and receive an instant confirmation receipt.

       

      3) In which cities are we operational?

      We currently operate in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, and Pune. However, our services are available from Mumbai to any location across India.

       

      4) How many seats can I avail?

      We offer AC tempo travellers and buses with 13, 17, 20, 25, 35, 39, 45, and 47 seats.

      7) How are the kilometres calculated?

      Kilometres are calculated based on the round-trip distance between the boarding point and the destination. Additionally, the distance from the garage to the pickup point is also included.

       

      8) What are the payment terms?

      To confirm your booking, a 25% advance payment of the base fare is required. The remaining amount can be paid:

      • Online, two days before the journey, or
      • In cash, at the time of boarding, directly to the operator.

       

      9) What if I need to cancel my trip?

      • Cancellations made 2–7 days before the trip will incur 25% cancellation charges of the total fare.
      • Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip will incur 100% cancellation charges.

    • 1) How do I confirm my seat assignments while booking?

      Seat assignment depends on the fare you select. Some fares do not allow seat selection, and in such cases, seats are automatically assigned by the airline. However, you may have the option to pay an additional fee during booking to select your preferred seat from the seat map. If you are flying with a full-service carrier, seat selection is usually included.

      2) I misspelled my name while booking a ticket. How do I get it changed?

      Please call us to check if the airline allows name correction requests. Some airlines permit corrections of up to three letters, and we can assist in forwarding your request. If the airline does not allow name changes, you may need to cancel and rebook the ticket.

      Note: Passengers must carry valid proof-of-age documents at check-in. Infants must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Only one infant is allowed per adult.

      3) How do I find out my baggage limit?

      Baggage allowances vary depending on the airline and fare type. You can check the baggage limits directly with the respective airline or refer to the details provided during the booking process.

      4) Is it possible to make reservations for someone else using my account?

      Yes, you can book tickets for someone else. Simply enter the passenger's details when prompted for traveler information during the booking process.

      5) What is the maximum number of seats I can book?

      You can book up to 9 seats in a single transaction. If you need more than 9 seats, please complete another booking for the additional passengers.

      6) What are the cancellation charges?

      Cancellation charges vary depending on the airline, travel sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. Please refer to the fare rules on the booking page for the specific charges applicable to your ticket.

      7) How long does it take to process a refund?

      Refunds are usually processed within 4 working days after cancellation. However, depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

      8) Can a child be included in an existing reservation?

      Unfortunately, a child (aged 2–12 years) cannot be added to an existing reservation. However, you can add an infant to your existing reservation by contacting our support team.

    • 1) Can more than two adults stay in one room?

      Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge, provided the room’s maximum occupancy limit is not exceeded. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your group, the hotel may cancel your reservation or ask you to book additional rooms. If you're unsure, it's best to check directly with the hotel regarding extra guest charges and maximum occupancy.

      2) Our children will be traveling with us – do they stay for free?

      When making your booking, select the number of children traveling with you from the ‘Children’ drop-down menu. If you choose 1 child, the system will show pricing for a double room with a child—not including an extra bed. If you require an extra bed, please adjust the number of passengers accordingly in your search.

      3) Will my credit card be charged when I book my reservation?

      This depends on the type of rate and hotel you select. Typically, your credit card will be charged immediately when booking through our website or over the phone. This ensures your reservation is confirmed at the specified rate.

      4) Do you provide extra beds or cribs?

      Yes, extra beds and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact the property in advance to make arrangements.

      5) How do I know if my booking was successful?

      You will receive an email confirmation after your hotel booking is successfully completed.

      6) Are meals included in my booking?

      Your confirmation email will indicate whether meals are included. Some properties allow you to add a meal plan upon arrival. We recommend contacting the property directly 1–2 days before your stay for more information.

      7) How can I make a group travel booking?

      Please email your group travel request to [email protected], and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Include details such as the number of adults and children, preferred travel dates, destination, and budget. You can also call us at 7251989898 (Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM).

      8) How do I request early or late check-in/check-out?

      To request early check-in or late check-out, contact the property directly 1 or 2 days before your arrival. While it’s not guaranteed, they may be able to accommodate your request based on availability.

       

    • 1) How do I make a reservation? How to make payments for my trip?

      To reserve a package, kindly fill up the requisite form and get the itinerary & quotation. Once the itinerary & quote is finalised, we shall provide the bank details to which an advance amount equivalent to 25% of the total package cost should be remitted. Upon receipt of the same, we shall mail you the confirmation. Balance could be paid before commencement of the tour vide bank remittance or should be paid & settled upon arrival.

      2) What are the types of vehicles used for transfers & sightseeing?

         Air-Conditioned sedans, MPVs or Bus.

      3)  Do we need guide services everywhere?

      We provide English speaking chauffeurs for individual tours. For group tours, English speaking tour escorts would accompany the groups. During sightseeing involving historically important places or monuments, we provide English speaking local guides who are well knowledge in history and culture. We could even provide guides who speak French, German and Japanese, only on advanced booking.

      5) What is the usual duration of a sightseeing trip?

      Usually, sightseeing trips are designed to give enough time for the travellers to relax and enjoy the views. Hence, the sightseeing trips might be spilt into 3-4hrs in the morning session and 2-3hrs in the afternoon session. But the duration could vary due to traffic and overcrowding of the locations

      6) Are the tour packages organized as group tour or is it individually customized?

      Tour packages are customized as per the traveller’s requirement. Be it individual, family or group, we shall arrange the same with utmost care. Tours would never be clubbed with another group, be it individual or family. Every tour is customized with the type of hotel, transport, and location

      7) Do you offer Jain food?

      Yes, we do provide a variety of Jain and pure veg cuisine.

    • 1) Who would be our contact for anything we may need while we are there?

      Depending on the villa, there might be a property manager or owner who lives on the property or very close by. In many locations we have our own team on the ground, and our support team is available 24/7 if you need our help,

      2) Is the photo on the website the exact villa we would be staying in?

      Yes. All our villas have their own pictures that represent that exact property, excepting a very small number of resort units that resemble each other.

      3) Is it possible to include additional guests later?

      Yes, if there is sufficient room in the villa. If there is a per guest or per bedroom rate, you will

      be charged for the additional costs.

      4) Do you offer Jain food?

      Yes, we do provide a variety of Jain and pure veg cuisine.

       5) What is the check-in/check-out policy?

      - Check-in time is typically after 1:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. However, we can accommodate special requests based on availability.

       6) Are pets allowed in the villa?

      - Pets are generally not allowed in the villa, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

      7) Kids Policy

      Kids below the age of 5 are free and kid above the age of 5 are fully charged.

      8) How do I contact the villa management during my stay?

      - Contact information for the villa management will be provided upon booking confirmation. You can reach us via phone, email, or through our onsite staff.

      9) What is the cancellation policy?

      - Booking cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will carry 10% retention charge of the total booking amount. Booking cancelled less than 7 days of arrival date, full advance amount will be charged

      10) Is there a security deposit required?

      - Yes, a security deposit is required upon check-in. The amount varies depending on the villa and is refundable upon inspection of the property upon check-out.
