Any cancellations between 2-7 days before the start of the trip date, cancellation charges of 25% of the Total Pricing amount will be applicable. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the trip date, cancellation charges of 100% of the Total Pricing amount will be applicable.

1) how do I confirm my seat assignments while booking?
It depends on the fare that you chose. Certain fares do not allow you to select your seat preferences as the seats are auto assigned by the airlines. In that case you have the option to make an additional payment during booking and choose the desired seat of your choice from the seat map. You already have the option to select a seat of your choice if you have chosen to travel via full-service carriers.
2) I misspelled my name while booking a ticket. How do I get it changed?
You can call us to check if the airline you have booked entertains name correction requests. Some of them do allow name changes up to 3 letters, and we can pass on your request. However, if the airline does not allow it, you will have to cancel and re–book the ticket.
Note: Make sure they have valid proof–of–age documents when they are checking in, and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult.

7) How long does it take to process a refund?
We usually process the refund within 4 working days of cancellation. However, it may take slightly longer to reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank. We have noticed that it takes about 14 working days for most refunds to hit their respective accounts

A child (aged 2-12 yrs..) cannot, unfortunately, be included to an existing booking reservation to add an infant to your existing reservation by reaching out to us.

To reserve a package, kindly fill up the requisite form and get the itinerary & quotation. Once the itinerary & quote is finalised, we shall provide the bank details to which an advance amount equivalent to 25% of the total package cost should be remitted. Upon receipt of the same, we shall mail you the confirmation. Balance could be paid before commencement of the tour vide bank remittance or should be paid & settled upon arrival.
2) What are the types of vehicles used for transfers & sightseeing?
Air-Conditioned sedans, MPVs or Bus.
3) Do we need guide services everywhere?
We provide English speaking chauffeurs for individual tours. For group tours, English speaking tour escorts would accompany the groups. During sightseeing involving historically important places or monuments, we provide English speaking local guides who are well knowledge in history and culture. We could even provide guides who speak French, German and Japanese, only on advanced booking.
5) What is the usual duration of a sightseeing trip?
Usually, sightseeing trips are designed to give enough time for the travellers to relax and enjoy the views. Hence, the sightseeing trips might be spilt into 3-4hrs in the morning session and 2-3hrs in the afternoon session. But the duration could vary due to traffic and overcrowding of the locations
6) Are the tour packages organized as group tour or is it individually customized?
Tour packages are customized as per the traveller’s requirement. Be it individual, family or group, we shall arrange the same with utmost care. Tours would never be clubbed with another group, be it individual or family. Every tour is customized with the type of hotel, transport, and location

Yes. All our villas have their own pictures that represent that exact property, excepting a very small number of resort units that resemble each other.
